Luanda – President João Lourenço, in an order issued Friday, terminated the mandate of the Board of Directors of the public company Radio National of Angola (RNA) led by Pedro Afonso Cabral.
In this context, according to a note to which ANGOP had access, executive directors Estanislau Baptista Garcia (Content), Cristina da Costa Nobre (Administration and Finance), Hamilton Fernandes Domingos (Technical), António Sebastião Lino (Marketing and Exchange), as well as non-executive directors Alexandre da Silva Africano Neto and Mendes Paulo Jacinto were also dismissed.
In another order, the President of the Republic appointed Pedro Bernardo Neto as the RNA Chairman, as well as the executive directors Pedro Ivo de Almeida Guimarães (Technical), Cristina da Costa Nobre (Administration and Finance), Estanislau Baptista Garcia (Content), António Sebastião Lino (Marketing and Exchange).
He also appointed Alexandre da Silva Africano Neto and Mendes Paulo Jacinto as non-executives administrators. SC/TED/AMP
