The content of the message was not revealed, but it is known that the Angolan Head of State has expressed his solidarity with the DR Congo people and government, as well as advocated the deepening of bilateral and multilateral ties, including issues of mutual interest at regional and continental level.
The message from the Angolan Head of State was delivered in the presence of the director for Africa, Middle East and Regional Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIREX), ambassador Jorge Cardoso, and Miguel Costa, ambassador of Angola to the DR Congo and other senior officials from the central apparatus of the State.
