Luanda - President João Lourenço, left Thursday for Namibe province on a private visit of several days.
Accompanied by First Lady Ana Dias Lourenço, the Head of State was greeted at the Luanda Air Base by the Vice President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, and other officials.
Namibe (formerly Moçamedes) is located on the southern coast of Angola, bordering Benguela to the north, Huila to the east, the Atlantic Ocean to the west, and the Cunene River and the Republic of Namibia to the south. VIC/AMP
