Luanda – Angolan president João Lourenço reappointed Monday Francisco José Mendes as CEO of the country’s public television (TPA).
According to a note issued by the President’s Press Office, in a previous decree the Head of State ended the mandate of the individuals that are part of the Board of Directors of the TPA, namely
- Francisco José Mendes, Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Carlos Alberto Tomé da Silva Guimarães - Executive Director for Technical Area;
- Neto de Almeida Júnior Gaspar - Executive Director for Content Area;
- Ana Edite Pinto Ferreira Ribeiro - Executive Director for Marketing and Exchanges;
- Rui Carlos Cardoso Ramos - Executive Administrator for Administration and Finance
- Ana Maria de Lemos Rodrigues de Gouveia - Non-executive Director;
- Mariana Ribeiro de Carvalho Costa - Non Executive Director;
In another decree, the President of the Republic appointed the members of the Board of Directors of the TPA, namely
- Francisco José Mendes - Chairman of the Board of Directors
