Luanda – President João Lourenço on Thursday said integrity and authority of the state must always be above any kind of personal or group interest.
The Head of State, who made the statement at the swearing-in ceremony for recently appointed senior officers of the Ministry of Interior, said “this ministerial department is expected to take a new direction”.
