Luanda -João Manuel Francisco is the new general inspector of the State Administration (IGAE), appointed Monday by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço.
The new inspector, known as João Pinto, replaces Ângelo de Barros da Veiga Tavares, dismissed on the same day, through a presidential decree.
IGAE's mission is to carry out internal control of the Public Administration, through inspection, audit, supervision and investigations into the activities of all bodies, organizations and services of the Direct and Indirect Administration of the State, as well as the autonomous administrations.
