Luanda - The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, Tuesday in Luanda laid off the members of the Board of Directors of National Air Navigation Company (ENNA, E.P).
These are Manuel Agostinho Filipe Júnior, from the post of chairman of CEO, Bernarda de Paiva Henrique, from the post of executive director and António de Jesus Marcolino Paulo Pombal who was non-executive director.
In another document, President João Lourenço appointed Bernarda de Paiva Henrique as the new Chairwoman of the board of directors, Celso Ludgero Amaro Gaspar as executive director and Altair Rossendo de Carvalho Silva as non-executive director.
On the same day, he dismissed Manuel Augusto César Ferreira, from the post of non-executive director of Luanda Port Company, E.P., and appointed Maria de Lourdes Bravo as non-executive director of the company.
