Luanda - Angolan president João Lourenço on Thursday appointed Márcio de Jesus Lopes Daniel as Minister of Tourism.
In another decree, the President of the Republic appointed Filipe Silvino de Pina Zau as Minister of Culture.
In a final decree, Maria da Piedade de Jesus was appointed Secretary of State for Culture.
The new appointments are the result of an action by the Council of Ministers, which decided to separate the areas that made up the then Ministry of Culture and Tourism, so that each would correspond to a separate ministerial department. VIC/ADR/DAN/AMP
