Luanda – Angola head of State João Lourenço Friday demanded from the National Police greater control on private security companies.
Delivering his State of the Nation Speech in Parliament, the Angolan Head of State said that there are many firearms beyond the control of the police authorities, which increases criminal actions in public streets.
João Lourenço instructed the National Police to work on dismantling the sources of supply of weapons for criminals and bringing those responsible to justice.
