According to the Presidential Order number 204/24 of September 03rd, the Taskforce will be chaired by the State Minister for Economic Co-ordination, having as deputy the minister of Industry and Trade.

At this meeting, the two interlocutors highlighted Angola's economic potential, its strategic importance in Africa, the US interest in increasing the involvement of the US Government and its private sector in the trade relationship with Africa.
They also spoke about the capacity of the US and the African continent to jointly respond to major international challenges, with emphasis on food security, energy security, environmental protection and international trade.
