Cacuaco - The Ministry of the Interior is investigating compliance with the requirements required for entry into its different departments, the Home Affairs Minister Manuel Homem informed on Friday.
The minister provided this information at the end of the visit carried out to the facilities of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC-General), the Criminalistics Laboratory and other SIC departments in Luanda.
The government official stated that those candidates who do not meet the requirements for the Migration and Foreign Services, the Fire Department and the SIC, and entered the processes with defective documents, will go through this screening process, in order to ensure that they join the bodies of the Ministry of the Interior committed staff capable of responding to the sector's demands.
Manuel Homem argued that the profile required in a body of such important relevance to public security must be one of the best.
For the minister, it cannot be allowed that there are candidates with questionable conduct in bodies such as the Ministry of the Interior.
He confirmed that the process is already underway, led by the Inspector General of the Ministry of the Interior, Rui de Oliveira Gomes.
Recently, the Ministry of the Interior suspended the course for recruits to join the Immigration and Foreigners Service to allow the revaluation of each candidate's applications. DJ/ART/DOJ
