Uíge - The president of the PRA-JA Servir Angola party, Abel Epalanga Chivukuvuku, is since Thursday making his first official visit to the Province of Uíge, since the legalization of the party by the Constitutional Court, on October 7, 2024.
During the courtesy meeting at the provincial government of Uíge, Abel Chivukuvuku, who was accompanied by a delegation from his party, highlighted the strategic importance of Uíge, mentioning that it is the eighth most relevant province in demographic terms in the country.
The politician recalled previous visits to the region, still during the creation of the political project phase, reaffirming the party's commitment to dialogue and inclusion.
This inaugural visit as a legalized party highlights the role of PRA-JA Servir Angola in the national political scene, reinforcing the relevance of Uíge as a strategic point for the action and expansion of its agenda, he said.
In turn, the vice-governor of the Political, Social and Economic sector, Sónia Arlete Fernandes Domingos Cahombo, representing the provincial governor, José Carvalho da Rocha, expressed happiness for the visit and highlighted the provincial government's openness to dialogue with the various politicians for the benefit of local development and the population.
