Oslo - Angola’s Head of State João Lourenço met Friday in Oslo with the King of Norway Harald V with whom he reviewed aspects of cooperation between the two States.
This is the first meeting between the two entities. João Lourenço has been in Oslo since Wednesday, as part of a two-day working visit to Norway.
Also Friday, President João Lourenço, accompanied by the first lady, Ana Dias Lourenço, visited the Fram Museum, in the center of Oslo.
The Fram Museum tells the story of Norwegian polar navigation adventures through the ship Fram, built in 1892.
The boat was used on three important polar expeditions, reaching further north and further south than any other ship in history, which resulted in the conquest of the poles and marked the history of Oslo.
