He reported that the main complaints of citizens are linked to the lack of humanization in health services and irregularities in public administration bodies.

Notwithstanding the registered figure, he said there was some culture of denunciation by the population, so he reiterated the appeal to the population to continue to raise the level of complaints for contact 119 (IGAE), is free, available 24 hours a day.
He added to the need for the population to have the mastery of the existence of the Call Center function, as a fundamental instrument of denunciation when an administrative agent creates maneuvers to attend the citizen, which is an act of misconduct and even crime.
'Every situation of poor civil servants, bad practices of institutions and misappropriation of agents, which makes it impossible to pursue the public interest can (should) call and will have the desired service, ”he said
He explained that Call Center 119 is a fundamental piece in what is the complaints, which is essential that the population is aware that there are acquired rights and public services that should not be paid such as health and education in the first instance.
In order to prevent the acts of illegality, he recalled that the IGAE will develop awareness and prevention actions, based on a classical inspection, to improve the quality of public services.
In addressing the disciplinary regime of civil servants, rules and procedures, the director of the IGAE Human Resources Office, Elsa Neto, stressed the promotion of the defense of public heritage, the strengthening of integrity and transparency, human resources management.
