Uíge – The provincial delegate of Uíge of the General Inspectorate of State Administration (IGAE), Francisco Sobrinho, on Tuesday urged the population to cultivate the spirit of denouncing corruption acts, for the sake of transparency and good management of the public good.
Speaking at the opening of the workshop on 'The role of IGAE in public administration', the official justified that with the collaboration of citizens it will be possible to mitigate cases of corruption and other illegal acts practiced by public servants.
'With denunciations, it will be possible to mitigate corruption and other illegal acts practiced by public agents in the country. Therefore, we ask for everyone's involvement,' he stressed.
He called on to managers and other civil servants to strive for responsible conduct in the exercise of their work activity.
Promoted as part of the celebrations of IGAE's 32nd anniversary, to be celebrated on Wednesday, managers and civil servants, as well as university students, participated in the event.
