Luanda - The UNITA parliamentary banch lamented, on Wednesday, the death of the former Deputy to the National Assembly for the MPLA parliamentary group, Mariana Paulo André, which occurred on Thursday, in Luanda, due to illness.
In a press release that ANGOP had access to, UNITA addresses, on behalf of all its deputies, advisors, assistants and employees, to the bereaved family and the MPLA parliamentary group, its feelings of condolence.
Elected deputy in the II, III and IV legislatures, she held the positions of Vice-President of the group of parliamentarians women and first secretary of the MPLA Parliamentary banch.
Born on December 12, 1956, in Luanda, Mariana André graduated in medicine, specializing in anesthesiology and resuscitation, having held several management positions during her medical career.
