Luanda – The Vehicle Title, a document for identifying the car and its owner, will be launched on Friday, 29th, in Luanda, in a ceremony to be chaired by the Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, Adão de Almeida.
The Vehicle Title is a document created from the unification of the current Registration Booklet and Property Registration Title and will come into force from the date of its launch, according to a note to which ANGOP had access, this Monday.
The document arises from a measure framed in SIMPLIFICA 1.0 (Public Administration Acts and Procedures Simplification Project), combining the efforts of the Ministries of the Interior and Justice and Human Rights, within the scope of State reform.
The National Police, through the Directorate of Traffic and Road Safety (DTSER), was established as the issuing entity of the Vehicle Title, with the competition of the Car Registry Office, considering that the new document constitutes a unique vehicle identification certificate, already which brings together the physical characteristics of the owner and the owner.
The measure aims to facilitate citizens, by reducing bureaucracy, modernization and ensuring greater efficiency in public administration.
