Luanda - Angola participated, this week, in a symposium on African cultures and Argentina with a photographic exhibition, called "Agostinho Neto, a life of commitment".
According to a note of the Angolan diplomatic representation in this Latin American country, to which ANGOP had access, the symposium, held in the house of the bicentenary of the municipality of Junín, province of Mendonça, was intended to share views and experiences of the historical and cultural reality of the participants.
In this context, the second secretary of the embassy of Angola in Argentina, Maria Margarida Mendes de Carvalho, said that it was enhanced the life and workmanship of the first President of Angolan, António Agostinho Neto, reflected in the photographic exposition.
In his turn, the representative of the Foundation Agostinho Neto in Argentina, Ramiro Tellechea, highlighted that the participation of Angola was seen as special in recognition to the legacy of one of its best children.
