Luanda – The Angolan ambassador to Namibia, Jovelina Imperial, Thursday in the city of Windhoek, defended the deepening of bilateral cooperation between diplomatic missions.
Speaking in the meeting of the diplomatic corps accredited in Namibia, in her capacity as the dean of the body, she highlighted the need for continuous dialogue with a view to addressing common challenges among countries accredited in that country to promote mutual development.
During the meeting, participants analyzed issues related to their countries' concerns, as well as more concrete actions in their relationship with Namibia.
The issues addressed include the implementation of solidarity projects in relation to Namibia, greater interaction between countries, as well as the coordination of ideas or projects against gender violence and the 16-day activism program, so that everyone is covered.
Ambassador Jovelina Imperial assumed the responsibilities of dean of the diplomatic corps accredited in Namibia in April this year.
