Luanda - The fourth day of the electoral campaign is marked by the highlight of the governance programmes by contending parties for the 24 August general elections, with stress to publicising on investment in infrastructures and improvement of the education and health sectors.
PHA
The coordinator for the Humanist Party of Angola (PHA), Gelson de Castro, urged the population to go to the polling stations to elect the candidate Florbela Malaquias and the party on August 24.
He said the party will invest in the improvement of education, health, housing and public security services.
P-NJANGO
The Nationalist Party for Justice in Angola is engaged in the registration of its 2,600 party delegates, appointed to supervise the elections.
The Spokesman, José Manuel da Costa explained that 1,900 party agents will be registered in Luanda and the remaining in the country's 17 provinces.
UNITA
The National Union for the Total Independence of Angola focused, in its speech, on the implementing a participative and inclusive government.
The organisation's leader, Adalberto Costa Júnior, reiterated pledges of improvements in the education and health sectors.
FNLA
The National Front for Liberation of Angola announced the official launch of its electoral campaign only next Tuesday (02) in Mbanza Kongo, northern Zaire province.
The aim is to coincide the activity with the date of the death of the party founding father, Holden Roberto.
CASA-CE
The Broad Convergence for the Salvation of Angola - Electoral Coalition, led by Manuel Fernandes, promised to maximize natural resources to meet the needs of the population.
APN
The National Patriotic Alliance Party proclaims a greater dedication to the Health sector if it wins the 24 August general elections.
It promises to restructuring the country's maternity, general, municipal and provincial hospitals.
PRS
The Leader of the Social Renewal Party, Benedito Daniel, said that the federalist ideology, which he intends to launch, is, from the party's perspective, the one that best suits democracy.
MPLA
The MPLA candidate for President of the Republic, João Lourenço, assured the rehabilitation of Longa/Keve rivers road section.
He said that the road section between the two rivers, located in the provinces of Luanda (Longa) and Cuanza Sul (Keve), was important for the national road network, as it connects several provinces of the country. He also vowed to crackdown corruption and impunity.
