Luanda - The vice-president for communication and marketing of the coalition CASA-CE, Cesaltina Xavier, said Saturday that her political group’s governance Programme will focus on the valorization of human capital, if they win the elections.
The candidate also said that this will contribute to the resolution of the basic needs of the citizens, such as home, work, among others.
These guidelines were presented to traders, including hawkers, at Teixeira market area located in the Cassequel neighborhood in Luanda, as part of the campaign to garner votes for the upcoming elections.
The vice-leader of the coalition affirmed that most of the women in Angola are in informal markets, so the coalition proposes, in its governance Programme, four axes, namely State Reform, Sustainable Development, Commitment to Angola and Social Dimension.
The politician pointed out that CASA-CE also intends to work for the integration of women street peddlers in the labour market and gender equity.
Another challenge of the coalition has to do with the promotion and preservation of ethnic, civic, cultural, and moral values to guarantee the defence and integrity of the family.
CASA-CE is integrated by the Party of Free Alliance of the Angolan Majority (PALMA), Party of Support for Democracy and Development of Angola - Patriotic Alliance (PADDA-AP), Angolan Pacific Party (PPA), National Party for the Salvation of Angola (PNSA) and the Democratic Party for the Progress of Angola National Alliance (PDP-ANA).
In its first participation in elections, in 2012, CASA-CE won eight seats, and in 2017, it elected 16 deputies.
