Luanda - The 4th Extraordinary Session of the Judiciary Superior Council (CSMJ) to take place Wednesday in Luanda will deliberate on cases of sexual violence against minors in the courts of Common Jurisdiction, ANGOP has learnt.
The CSMJ will also deliberate on the request for the implementation of a specialized room for maritime matters at District Court of Namibe province as well as the proposal to create the General Jurisdiction of Cacula, in Quilengues District Court, as well as the situation regarding the processing of habeas corpus cases at Luanda Court of Appeal.
The session will be led by the presiding Judge of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, Joel Leonardo.
A statement will further be made by the CSMJ spokesperson on the deliberations of the agenda. FMA/VIC/AMP
