Luanda - Political-economic and social cooperation between the Republic of Angola and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela topped multi-sector meeting agenda on Tuesday in Luanda.
The Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Angolan Communities, Domingos Custódio Vieira Lopes, chaired the meeting that also analysed cooperation in the fields of oil, diamonds, education, specialised training and transport.
A press release from the Information Technologies, Institutional Communication and Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the multi-sector meeting brought together representatives of the sectors of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, Transport and Education.
In the political-diplomatic domain, Angola and Venezuela signed, in 2018, an agreement on visa waiver in diplomatic and service passports, whose implementation is expected to come into force soon.
