"Congratulations because our two parties have laid solid bricks in the construction of this path, defining political strategies and programs, but mainly preparing people for their implementation", she pointed out highlighting that the training of cadres constitutes a decisive part of the parties' cadre policy, especially a diversified training capable of providing multifaceted and impactful knowledge in the search for solutions and achieving the objectives of their policy.

It was noted that this fact contributed significantly to the reduction of poverty throughout the world.

Angola established official diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China on January 12, 1983.

Relations between the two countries date back to Angola's pre-independence and are currently based on an emerging commercial relationship.

However, since 2011, Angolans have been the Chinese's second largest trading partner on the African continent, after South Africa.

However, remember that the first trade agreement between the two countries dates back to 1984, signed one year after the establishment of diplomatic relations.
