The National Security Council is the advisory body to the President of the Republic on matters relating to the conduct of National Security policy and strategy, as well as the organisation, functioning and discipline of the Angolan Armed Forces, National Policy and other bodies that guarantee constitutional order and the intelligence and security bodies of the State. in particular.
The members of this body are the Vice-President of the Republic, the presidents of the National Assembly, the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, and the Attorney General of the Republic.
The National Security Council also includes ministers of State and ministers appointed by the President of the Republic, as well as other entities that the holder of the Executive Power determines. ART/DOJ
