Luanda - Cabinet Council approved Thursday the Integrated Intervention Plan for the province of Luanda, with an overall budget of 12.02 billion kwanzas.
The amount provides for the execution of 2,786 projects during the period 2023/2027.
The extraordinary session of the Cabinet Council, dedicated to the province of Luanda, was chaired by the Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço.
Of the total amount of expenditure, 5.7 billion kwanzas (48%) constitute the budget of the Government of Luanda province and the other 6.2 billion kwanzas (52%) belong to the Ministerial Departments.
The document, presented at a press conference by the governor of Luanda, Manuel Homem, at the end of the session of the Council of Ministers, specifies that of the 2,789 projects, 90% belong to Provincial Government of Luanda and 10 % to Ministerial Departments.
