Luanda - The Council of Ministers on Friday discussed the amendments to the Organic Statute of the Sovereign Fund of Angola (FSDEA) and its investment policy for the 2024-2028 period.
This was discussed during its 8th Ordinary Session chaired by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço.
The FSDEA is a collective public entity endowed with legal personality and administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, which pursues the goals of saving and transferring wealth to future generations, fiscal stabilization and achievement of goals to support socio-economic development in strategic sectors and carry out operations in Angola and abroad.
Public business sector
The Cabinet Council also analyzed the Aggregate Report on the Economic and Financial Performance of the Public Business Sector (SEP) for 2023, considering that the indicators of public sector companies showed a positive evolution.
