Luanda - The Boards of Directors of the National Assembly of Angola and Mozambique met Tuesday in Maputo to strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences in the parliamentary administration.
During the meeting, MPs from the two countries exchanged experiences on the organization, composition, powers and functioning of each of their respective Boards of Directors, highlighting the good practices observed in their respective institutions.
The meeting was chaired by Suzana Augusta de Melo, president of the National Assembly's Board of Directors, from Angola, and by Hélder Injojo, first vice-president of the Mozambican Assembly.
The Angolan MPs are in Mozambique for a five-day working agenda, including meeting with Mozambique parliament Speaker, Esperança Laurinda Francisco Nhiuane Bias, and visits to socio-economic and historical infrastructures.
