Luanda - The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, on Monday (18), at the Presidential Palace, in Cidade Alta, will preside over the 1st ordinary meeting of the Interministerial Commission for State Reform (CIRE) for the current year.
The agenda will address several issues related to State Reform, among which the implementation of the Project for Simplification of Public Administration Procedures (SIMPLIFICA Project).
According to a communiqué that ANGOP had access to today (Sunday), this is a project whose aim is the modernisation, debureaucratisation, simplification, integration and optimisation of processes.
The meeting will also consider several legal diplomas related to the institutionalisation of the Vehicle Title, a document that unifies the Vehicle Registration Document and the Vehicle Property Title.
The agenda of the meeting, which takes place in the afternoon, foresees the appraisal of the creation of the (Single Window for the Non-Presencial Provision of Public Services).
It also plans to consider the legal provisions for the creation of the Roadmap for the Public Administration's Digital Transition Agenda 2022-2027.
The Inter-ministerial Commission for State Reform (CIRE) was created under Presidential Decree no. 15/18, of 19 February, to concert, materialise and monitor the actions of the State Reform Programme, and it is coordinated by the President of the Republic.
