Luanda - The Economic Commission of the Cabinet Council approved Tuesday the legal regime for teleworking that rules the working activity which is done usually out of the company premises with the support of information and communication technology.
According to a press release from the Economic Commission's meeting, the diploma aims to easy the exercise of the professional activity linked to the public, private and mixed companies, cooperatives, social organizations, diplomatic and consular representatives out of the employer premises.
The note states that the measure may result in the increase of the productivity, the urban traffic decongestion, the promotion and integration of people in the working market and the major conciliation between professionals and the family support, among other benefits.
Chaired by the of the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, the session analyzed a proposal related to the update of the Laws on Merchant Marine, Ports and Connections aiming to standardize it to the new international legal order.
However, with this diploma it is intended to create indispensable conditions to promote the international marine trade as the priority to boost the national economy taking as the starting point the exports and direct foreign investment, states the note.
During the meeting, the Executive economic team changed the Regulation on the Sharing of Electronic Telecommunications Infrastructures.
The measure aims to adequate the legal framework to support the sharing of infrastructures to the new reality of the sector and the international best practices as well as to set the acting scope of the Regulatory Body of Electronic Communications.
