Lubango - The President of the Broad Convergence for Angola’s Salvation–Electoral Coalition (CASA-CE), Manuel Fernandes, defended this Monday, in Lubango City, southern Huíla Province, the creation of more technical and vocational training centres, to promote employability of the youth.
According to the politician, who paid a two-day working visit to Huíla, young people vocationally trained will have enough tools to better develop entrepreneurial activity in the country.
Speaking at a meeting with party supporter, Manuel Fernandes stressed that the country's socio-economic situation needs to have a dynamic and hard-working youth, but only with training opportunities.
According to the politician, CASA-CE considers the “revolution” in the higher education sector to be positive, but advocates that the same values be passed on to technical and vocational education, because this is where entrepreneurs will come from, who will help to generate new jobs.
Manuel Fernandes' visit to the province of Huíla aims to verify the real social situation of the region.
