Libreville - The capital of Gabon, Libreville, hosts Saturday the 23rd Summit of the countries of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS).
Heads of State and Government of the ECCAS countries are expected in the venue of the meeting, whose agenda was approved Friday by the ministers of foreign affairs of ECCAS.
The summit will take stock of the political and security situation in Central Africa.
ECCAS comprises Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Rwanda and Sao Tome and Principe.
Angola is represented by high profile delegation at the event that will focus on the issue related to the security and peace.
