of August.

Manuel Nunes Júnior presented the governing programme to private and public media journalists, within the frameworks of the electoral campaign which
runs from the 24th of July until the 22nd of August of the current year. For Nunes Júnior, the reassessment of the remuneration system of the public
sector is fundamental.

implementation of the evidentiary structure of salary tables and subsidies or salary supplements of the public sector.

This document, which was shown to the journalists, envisions government’s commitments with the aspirations of the population, with particular emphasis
on the consolidation of peace and democracy, state reform and good governance, harmonious development of the country and promotion of human
resources, through emphasis on education, health, and employment.

It also assesses aspects related to culture and sports, the reduction of social inequality, the battle against hunger and poverty, gender inequality,
modernization and efficiency of infrastructures, boosting of the diversification of the economy mainly through the agricultural and private
sector.
