Luanda - Angolan citizens are living this Tuesday (23) the Day of Reflection, less than 24 hours to go before the fifth election in the country's history.
The Reflection Day, enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic and in the organic law of general elections, aims to allow voters to freely and consciously evaluate their vote.
Angola is organising general elections this Wednesday to choose the new President of the Republic, the Vice-President of the Republic and the MPs to the National Assembly.
Over 14 million voters, including more than 22,000 residing abroad, are called to the polls to exercise their civic duty.
Eight political parties are vying for the vote. They are PHA, P-NJANGO, UNITA, PRS, FNLA, CASA-CE, APN and MPLA (the ruling party).
