Luanda - Angolan government intends to adopt a visa exemption scheme for citizens from various countries and to simplify procedures for granting tourist visas for certain nations.
The bill, approved at the Cabinet Council’s meeting on Wednesday and chaired by the President João Lourenço, ensures speed up in the handling of process.
In the Culture and Tourism field, the session approved an amendment to the Organic Statute of the Ministry (Culture and Tourism).
As for the Public Administration, Labour and Social Security (MAPTSS), the meeting approved the Presidential Decree creating the Public-Private Dialogue Mechanism for Technical Education and Vocational Training.

In the oil and gas sector, the Cabinet approved the Presidential Decree Amending to the Concession Area of Block 17 to include the Manganês Field in the Dália Development Area.
Transport
In the Transport Sector, the meeting approved the regulation that establishes the rules and procedures governing the activity of road equipment workshops and related facilities.

In the education sector, the session approved the legal framework for the pre-school subsystem.
Protection for people with albinism
In the health sector, the meeting approved the Support and Protection Plan for persons with albinism, an instrument that establishes the main sector tasks for supporting and realising the rights and interests of persons with albinism.
Foreign policy
