Luanda - Angola is attending the 6th Conference of the African Diaspora in the Americas, which takes place from August 29 to 31, in Brazilian city of Salvador da Bahia.
The Angolan delegation is led by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Domingos Vieira Lopes.
The 6th Conference of the African Diaspora debates the effects of involuntary kidnappings that have occurred throughout the history of humanity and celebrates the victory of the resistance of peoples descended from Africa who continue to be culturally linked to the continent, the cradle of humanity.
On Wednesday, Domingos Vieira Lopes paid a visit to the facilities of the Casa de Angola Cultural (Angola Cultural House) Center in Bahia, with the aim of finding out its working methodology.
Accompanied by the Itinerant ambassador José Alves Primo, the Angolan diplomat toured the facilities, currently undergoing restoration work, and received detailed information from the Institution's manager Luandino Carvalho. ART/CF/DOJ
