Luanda – Angolan Foreign Affairs minister, Téte António, discussed Thursday in Luanda with the Kingdom of Belgium's ambassador to Angola, Jozef Smets, issues related to boosting cooperation in the sea and port transport areas.

During the audience granted by the Angolan minister, the parties discussed the participation of the Antwerp Port Authority in the restructuring of the Port of Luanda.
The two diplomats addressed issues relating to the new cycle of diamond monitoring and the exchange of high-level visits between the two countries.
Belgium is seen as one of Angola's main trading partners in Europe and invests in several sectors of the Angolan economy.
