Luanda - The Vice-President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, defended Wednesday, in Luanda, the concertation of actions to put an end to conflicts and reverse the political instability prevailing in some countries.

Esperança da Costa, who spoke on behalf of President João Lourenço, also highlighted the need to comply with the commitments made by the EU and contained in the joint OACPS-EU Declaration during COP28.
