Luanda - The Plenary of the National Assembly (AN) today will discuss and vote, in general terms, on the Draft Law on the Statute of Former Presidents of the Republic of Angola.
The legislative initiative of the proposal in question aims to adapt the rights, duties and immunities of the former holders of the Executive Power.
The 7th Ordinary Plenary Meeting of the 1st Legislative Session of the V Legislature will also proceed to the final global vote on the Draft Law on the Labour Procedure Code.
The plenary will also submit for discussion and voting on three legal documents that authorize the President of the Republic, as Holder of Executive Power, to legislate on the amendment of the Tax Regime for the Concession of Blocks 30, 44 and 45.
On other hand, the Members of the Parliament will discuss and vote, in general, on the Proposals for Amendments to the Law on the Statute of Journalists and on the Organic Law of the Regulatory Entity of the Media.
At today’s ordinary plenary meeting two Draft Resolutions will also be submitted for discussion and voting on requests for authorization for the double, international adoption of minors Kiary André and Eduardo Suculenta. DC/AL/ADR/DOJ
