Luanda - The Vice-President of Angola, Bornito de Sousa, attended on Thursday in Luanda, the premiere of the film "Mwana Nkento", a 100% Angolan production.
The event brought together journalists, members of the production team, actors and sponsors of the film, which tells the story of two young people, Nakakalepo and Massala, who belong to different ethnic groups, one Kwanhama and the other Bakongo.
In the plot, both decide to face the traditions that prevent them from living a great love, but like every broken tradition, in cinema, it ends in tragedy.
The film, according to Silvio Nascimento, one of the executive producers and CEO of "Tellas", arrives to the cinemas with extremely talented actors.
"We came to reinforce that the Angolan cinema is alive, has quality and, most of the time, just needs sponsors who can help us to produce more, act more and live more of the art," Nascimento said.
