Saurimo - The Saurimo city is hosting on May 28 the tenth edition of the Lunda Sul Fashion Gala as part of the celebrations of the 65th anniversary of the city, the event’s promoter, Victor Dragão, told ANGOP on Wednesday.
According to Victor Dragão, the aim of the event is to show to the public the creativity of the local young people in terms of fashion.
The gala will have the theme "Mask", an initiative that aims at alerting the people for the correct use of this object to better protect themselves from the Covid-19 pandemic.
The event will feature collections of designers from Luanda, Moxico, Lunda Norte and Saurimo, with 35 models representing the creators, cultural agents that have contributed to the development of Lunda Sul and other personalities will be distinguished.
