The King defended the need for the valorization of the Vamba (traditional movement made by men), since it is where boys learn to respect their parents, tradition, cultural symbols, traditional authorities, religion, among other habits and customs.
In Cuando Cubango there are 12 historical monuments controlled with emphasis on the Mwene Vunongue Fort, which served as a point of the struggle against Portuguese colonialism.
