Luanda - The Minister for Youth and Sports, Ana Paula do Sacramento Neto Friday reiterated the Government's commitment to continue responding positively to the demands of Angolan youth.
The Cabinet minister, who was speaking at the end of a meeting with the chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Angolan Youth Literature Brigade, Carlos Pedro, said that advocacy was being carried out to comply with the policies of the youth, outlined by the Government.
Ana Paula do Sacramento Neto said that the youth associations' awareness of the need to renew mandates as a way of better responding to the challenges imposed was being implemented.
In his turn, the Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Angolan Youth Literature Brigade, Carlos Pedro, said that he had brought to the Minister's attention concerns relating to the legalisation of the organisation, its own facilities and support in the production of literary works.
Carlos Pedro said that the Angolan Youth Literature Brigade (BJLA) was available to help disseminate the Government's actions aimed at young people.
He also mentioned the need to boost the actions of the BJLA and its provincial branches.
