Luanda - A collective exhibition of plastic artists, entitled “Hand in hand towards the future”, was inaugurated Tuesday in Luanda, on the initiative of the Pyramid Foundation.
The exhibition is available until 15 January 2021 in Luanda.
It comprises plastic artists Álvaro Maciera, Adão Mussungo, Bolondo Mbongo, Júlio Mbaki, Jeovane Tadi, Lema Yuma, Mpambukidi Nlunfidi, Matondo Alberto, Masongi Afonso, Marley Nkosi, Nemias Kiala, Pemba, Pedro Masisa, Surene Fernanda, Tata Bernado and Van.
Speaking to the press, on behalf of the artists and the foundation, Mpambukidi Nlunfidi considered it a very large exhibition that counts on 75 works, among paintings and sculpture, involving young and older creators.
The plastic artist explained that the exhibition aims to support the 8th anniversary of foundation of Pyramid Foundation towards its contribution in social aid that it has provided to people in need.
He said that it was not difficult to gather several artists in a single environment and expressed his satisfaction at the quality of the renowned artists whose works are on display at the event.
At the time, the Angolan ambassador to Kenya, Sianga Abílio, who visited the presentation of the works, considered it an interesting moment taking into account that it has varied themes that explore, express and interpret the national cultural diversity.
