Malanje – The first scientific books titled “Public Management and Administration” and “Work and Organizational Psychology”, written by the academic Inácio Cabedal, have been available on the market to the public since the weekend.

The first book brings issues regarding functional and structural aspects, matters regulating public administration functioning, principles and procedures with the aim to reach the desired levels in the operation of companies, as well as in satisfying the needs of citizens.

The 131 pages book, initially has 300 copies printed and are being sold for 6,500 kwanzas each.

The book also serves as a research tool for workers and students of public administration, human resources management, work psychology, among others, and for those citizens interested in learning about the functional system of state administration.

However, the second book on “Work and Organizational Psychology”, presents contents to help the functioning of public and private organizations, illnesses and occupational stress, moral harassment, among other aspects, including prevention methods and consequences that may arise from work activities.

This book, with 85 pages and the same number of copies, is being sold for 5,500 kwanzas.

Speaking to ANGOP today, Inácio Cabedal said that, in addition to educating readers and students about the life of public administration and social problems, the aim is to contribute to increasing the country's bibliographic collection and consequently meet the needs of the market.

He added that the contents reflected in the books also aim to provide solutions to the acts of immorality that have recently occurred in institutions, from harassment and mistreatment to which employees are subjected to, to the evils to which managers are subjected.
