The author of the mini-series Makamba-hotel said that the film, which lasts 120 minutes, also highlights Angola's role in the conquest of national independence, becoming brave after 500 years of slavery.
He said that the film was shot in 2022, in Portugal and Angola (Huíla and Namibe), and, in addition to Portuguese, has a translated version in English, having already been shown in Europe and America.
The producer revealed that it was shown for a month and two weeks in Portugal and two months in the United States of America (USA).
