Viana - The second edition of the Urban Art Festival is on display in the municipality of Viana, in an initiative of the Free Art Movement (MAL), as part of the celebrations of the 49th anniversary of national independence.
The graphic arts activity involves artists from Angola, Brazil and Namibia, whose theme falls on the 16 days of activity of violence against women and children, as well as images about national independence.
The graphic art, called socio-cultural exchange that runs until November 25, is on display on the fence walls of the railway line in front of the Angomart supermarket.
According to the person in charge of the activity, Manuel André Pedro, in this edition, in addition to the paintings, they will make a tour of tourist sites in the provinces of Luanda and Malanje, to show the country's potential that will be produced on canvases for exhibition.
He explained that the artistic intervention started on November 10 with the mural painting.
On Thursday, they will leave for Malanje where they will visit the Kalandula Falls and the Pungo Stones in Ndongo, as well as Cabo Ledo and Mussulo, for exchange with foreign artists.
