Luanda - A festival entitled "Angola Music Business Network" will take place on November 22nd and 23rd, in Luanda Province.
In addition to Angola, the event will feature the participation of experts from Brazil, Portugal and South Africa, as well as representatives from ONE Revolution People's Music (One RPM), Sony Music Africa and Sheer Publishing Africa (Downtown Music).
According to a press release from the organizers, which ANGOP had access to on Thursday, the event will also feature the society of authors and artists such as ABRAMUS from Brazil, the society of phonogram producers from Angola and distributors of national music such as a tune, cygnus.
It has the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Embassy of the United States of America, the Embassy of São Tomé and Príncipe, among other institutions.
The objective is to bring literacy about the music business to producers and investors in the Angolan market, so that they understand that music can be a serious business and not just a hobby.
