Luanda - "Luanda, practices of living and residing", is the theme of the artistic residency cycle, taking place from the 11th to the 17th of the current month, in the country's capital, in a promotion by the artist Don Sebas Cassule.
The creative event, which aims to develop the practice of new artistic experiences, will take place at the Don Sebas Cassule studio, located in the Cidade Universitária District.
Speaking to ANGOP, he informed that six young national visual artists will work in particular, on themes from various locations in the territory of Luanda, reflecting on the experiences of the capital city.
He announced that at the end of the artistic residency cycle, the artists will show the results produced to the public, in Florence, Italy, in an exhibition that will be curated by the Brazilian Matias Mesquita.
The project has the support of the House of Angola in Italy and the Ginga Mbandi Association in Florence.
This Friday, the 10th, Atelier Don Sebas Cassule will hold a press conference to provide further information on the artistic residency cycle in Luanda.
