Ndalatando - Fourteen candidates will compete in the Miss Cuanza-Norte provincial contest, 2024 edition, whose gala will be held on the 1st of June, in the city of Ndalatando, ANGOP learned today.
The information was provided by the president of the Miss Cuanza-Norte Committee, Celso dos Prazeres, adding that the contestants were selected from among 64 initially registered.
According to the official, the Miss Cuanza-Norte Committee imposed requirements, in addition to beauty, height, being between 18 and 27 years of age, being born and living in the province for more than five years and having completed high school.
Celso dos Prazeres explained that the candidates will benefit from training on stage presentation techniques and clothing and will be followed by a psychologist.
Without revealing the prizes, he stated that due to lack of sponsorship, the Miss Cuanza-Norte Committee has not held competitions since 2019, when Priscila Grilo won the crown.
